All your Philippine bills,
in one app.
OneBill PH finds the bills already sitting in your inbox — Meralco, Maynilad, PLDT, Globe, credit cards, condo dues — puts them on one dashboard, and reminds you before they're due. Everything happens on your phone.
How it works
Three steps, about two minutes, then it runs by itself.
Connect your inbox
Sign in with Google for Gmail, or use a Yahoo app password. You can connect several inboxes. OneBill PH asks for read-only access — it can never send, delete or change an email.
Your bills appear
The app looks only at emails from billers you'd expect — utilities, telcos, banks, your condo — and reads the amount, due date and account number, including from PDF statements and images. Promos and receipts are skipped.
Get reminded, then pay your way
A reminder arrives 3 days before and on the due date, and when a new bill lands. When you're ready to pay, the app opens GCash, Maya or your bank app — you pay there as usual. OneBill PH never handles money.
What OneBill PH does with your Gmail
This is the part people rightly ask about, so here it is plainly.
- The app requests Gmail read-only access and uses it for one purpose: finding bill emails and reading the amount, due date and account number.
- It searches only for messages from known billers (and any billers you add yourself). Your other mail is not scanned.
- Statements you open, passwords for protected PDFs, and your sign-in token are kept in Android's encrypted storage on the device. Cloud backup is switched off.
- No ads, no tracking, no selling or sharing of data. No human ever reads your email.
- Disconnect any time in the app, or from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Uninstalling erases everything.

Common questions
Does OneBill PH pay my bills?
No. It tracks and reminds. When you tap Pay, it hands you off to GCash, Maya or your bank app and you complete the payment there. It never sees your card or wallet.
Which email providers work?
Gmail (via Google sign-in) and Yahoo Mail (via an app password you create in your Yahoo account). Bills that land elsewhere can be forwarded to a connected inbox, snapped from paper with the camera, or added by hand.
My condo or a small biller isn't listed.
Add it yourself: paste the sender's email address and a phrase from the bill's subject line. The app then picks up those bills like any other.
Where is my data stored?
Only in the app's private storage on your phone. There is no OneBill PH account and no cloud copy. Uninstall the app and it's gone.
How much does it cost?
OneBill PH is free to download and use. Optional extras may be offered later; the core bill tracking stays free.
